Childbirth & Sibling Classes
I often teach a six-week series of childbirth classes for expecting families. You are welcome to be a part of the group class or have a private class for your specific birth team. If I do not have a class coming up I will teach a private class, or better yet you could round up a pregnant friend and we will have a small intimate class.
These classes are natural birth-based and can be useful for any birth setting.
Sibling classes are set up by individual need. Each class is designed to suit your family's need and the siblings' ages. I use books, videos, and visual aids, as well as spend time with the kids answering their specific questions. My goal is to prepare them for what a birth may look and sound like, and bring forth a sense of normalcy and excitement to what can be an uncertain time for children. We will even go over what jobs they may have while attending a birth or while waiting for their new baby brother or sister at a distance.
Sibling Class Fee: $50
